I have to give it to Florida.. They have A LOT of info online.. Below I will list the primary links to the inmate locator database and then to others that are available on their state site.. I sure wish all states were like Floridas!

In the interest of public safety, the Florida Department of Corrections makes available to law enforcement agencies and the general public, information and photographs of inmates who are incarcerated. This information is completely refreshed weekly, with the exception of release dates and location changes which are updated daily, Monday through Friday (except holidays). This single search option performs a comprehensive search of all databases listed below (Absconder/Fugitive, Inmate Escapes, Inmate Population, Inmate Releases and Supervised Population). However, due to differences between database information, it only provides search options for criteria common to all databases. For example, the search criteria "Warrant as of Date" applies only to the Absconder/Fugitive Information Search and no other database. Therefore, it could not be included as a criteria for searching all databases. For additional information, see the contact information related to each of the searches listed below.

This information is updated daily, Monday through Friday (except holidays). Inmate Escape Information Search

(Note: this site currently displays inmates that have escaped since 1/1/1990)
In the interest of public safety, the Florida Department of Corrections makes available to law enforcement agencies and the general public, information and photographs of inmates who have escaped from the custody of the Florida Department of Corrections and have an outstanding arrest warrant. This information is created immediately upon an escape and updated upon receipt of new information or capture. For additional information, please contact the Department of Corrections, Bureau of Classification and Central Records, Policy and Systems Development Section, at (850) 488-9859 or central.classification@mail.dc.state.fl.us.
