talking about laundry

you know laundry is a thankless never ending job ,my mother only did the laundry once a week no matter how dirty we had to go just once a week
i wash 4 or 5 loads a day with about the same size family ,i don't see now how we managed to survive like that and she had both washer and dryer so that couldn't have been the reason she only did it once a week
when we first moved here i bought an old cast iron wash pot just in case i ever needed to do the laundry the old fashioned way ,i even have a rub board ,but i sure don't want to have to use it ,i think i would have to make the kids wash them that way ,they are younger than i am l.o.l

I HATE LAUNDRY. I DONT HAVE A MACHINE AND I HAVE TO GO TO THE LAUNDRY MAT. IM UP TO 5 BAGS NOW AND I DO LAUNRY EVERY 2 WEEKS. IT DOES NOT HELP THAT MY KIDS, ESPECIALLY MY DAUGHTER CHANGES CLOTHES LIKE THEIR IN A FASHION SHOW! I CANT WAIT UNTIL THEIR OLD ENOUGH TO DO THEIR OWN!
