I am 29 and live in the Mississippi area. I am currently back in college after loosing my job to recession cutbacks.

I also am the Executive Director for Mississippi CURE and serve on the International CURE Board of Directors

What is “Edification”? Lets start with the definition:

Is the system broken????


Is there justice in our prison system? Or The system that governs our prisons.


Outside of the prison walls, when you commit a crime and are caught, you are charged, brought before a judge and perhaps a jury of your peers, and a trial brings forth a decision on your guilt or innocence. For a prisoner's loved one, there is ample time to sit back and dwell on one of the things that dominates existance: Purpose.

There are a lot of questions that have to be asked. Why? Why now? Why us? Why this? What's the point?
