Description:	Paper Dolls was established in 2001 for women in prison to reach out for contacts from the free world. Paper Dolls is free to both the women in prison looking for penpals and those interested in contacting these women. Paper Dolls is for women in prison to meet people outside the walls and fences, and for them to receive hope and incentive to prepare to live in the free world. All Paper Dolls staff are either ex-inmates or have family that have been or are in prison.
