New Video Visitation System (SCI)
 

PADOC is ceasing use of Zoom for video visits. They have implemented a new system that will begin September 1st. The new system allows you to schedule visits on your own (no more emailing and guessing/waiting) up to 60 days in advance. Depending on custody level, you can schedule one a week, one weekend a month. You need to register or use your PA Keystone ID. This system is suppose to be permanent even after contact visits are reinstated. I was able to schedule 3 visits until the system but the system was slow due to high traffic. Some days are unavailable or limited slots.
