What is acceptable land-line phone?

I'm debating on getting a landmine in case my cell isn't okay with the phone system for prison. But I'm wondering what is acceptable land-line phone and prefer one that's not on some kind of expensive contract. Is there things I need be sure of when I set the service up. Should I do it as a fall back in case cell phone not OK. My cell is through T-Mobile , but billed as Walmart family mobile. We get a monthly bill. My daughter doesn't pay till it comes in.

as long as you don't have pay-as-you-go or a throw away phone, your cell should be okay. Print the bill and send it to him.

I have a home phone, just in case, but have not used it once in 3 last three years I've had this one.

It's a difficult time for you and hard to find humor in things, but I hope you can get some joy out of laughing at what autocorrect did to your first sentence.

I got a contact cell phone when my loved one went into prison, since it has been approved, can i take that phone & the Dame number and make it a pre pay phone? Will they be able to tell if I've kept the same number?

That's a good question.

Just know phone use can be restricted for months and maybe years if they find you guilty of going around or breaking the rules.
