PTSD survivor guilt

Has anyone found any books useful for helping with survivors guilt? (I have come across a few with a web search but I donít know if they are any good)

Hopefully I'm not breaking any PTO rules for posting a link, but this may be helpful right now, and that is what is important in dealing with survivor's guilt.

As a survivor for 55 of my 60 years, it has been a long process for me to come to terms with this, although everyone's experiences are unique, we all share the same questions of "why". Please understand that I am just a survivor just as you, and not a trained psychologist. Hopefully you will find plenty of helpful support through this.
