Visitation Denied at Huttonsville correctional center
 

Hi all,
I need so help, yesterday just got the bad news that my visitation application was denied at huttonsville correctional center. The reason they claimed I didn't know my Fiance prior to being incarcerated 11 years ago, which is not true I have known him since we were both 14 years old so that's 15 years now. What can I do to appeal this? I've tried calling to talk to the associate superintendent of security and he won't answer the phone when they transfer me. Should I write a letter to the warden?? Also we've already put in our paperwork to get married and now he's worried that since they denied my visitation they will deny the marriage. Any and all help is appreciated!

Yes, write the Warden and explain how, where & when you met your Fiance. I'd probably include interactions with his family / friends as well.
