Franklin County Jail recording inmate's reading book to their child(ren)

Incarcerated parent's must be 30 days major write-up free; records will be checked to make sure there are no No Contact Orders. A copy of both the recording & the book will be provided to the children of the parents that participate.

As far as I can tell, this is a free program. Contact Lt. Mulder
