Vaccines: When will Prison Staff and inmates be vaccinated?

as i read it, prison staff and residents are supposed to be in one of the first groups, after health care providers, to be vaccinated. my son is in Houtzdale (rural PA). does anyone have any idea if this is truly going to happen?
