Default Keto Diet

I started in November because I was having major pains in my hands. I could not close them. At 39, this was unacceptable.

I decided to give this a shot. I'm down 20 pounds. All I flammation is gone and no pain! Between Christmas and New years I took a break mainly due to stress, but got back on it the 1st.

I'm comfortable at this weight, so anything else is bonus. I just feel better.

My diet is 70% fat, 25% protein and 5% carb. No bread, no flour, no rice, no potatoes etc. Basically no foods that spike insulin.

I drink coffee with butter and coconut oil every morning. Sounds weird, but tastes good!
