According to this info they have a probable cause hearing within 10 days and are ajudicated within 35 days. This is per Valdivia rules. Unfortunately, bucause this is down in reception, you have no idea of what is happening and that makes it worse on us than on them sometimes.

I think they can decide to just release him back on parole, or have him serve time for the violation or send him to a program, or pretty much whatever they decide.
