I also agree with Richard ... I think he has a very interesting take on the situation, and I can see where by the inmates may become sick and tired of "do gooders" who certainly mean well but produce nothing. I for one, although not able to commit to a monthly amount would certainly do/donate what I could knowing it was going to "buy" a lobbiest.

I also like the idea of the "mention" of PTO on the back of their cards ... there is really no telling who we may reach this way ... of course this is something that only David could decide ...
