Hi JamieSouth, I'm sorry that you didn't get a response to your question

Every state I know of has a standard rule of No Contact with Victim while on parole....it would be highly unusual for a PO to allow contact when the inmate is right out of the gate. If it's a domestic violence situation, both the inmate & victim may earn the privilege of having contact if both parties take DV classes and the victim's therapist believes that reunification is a good idea.
