I think all of us go thru times of 'losing it'. one of the things my hubs deals with is temper. For the most part he has allowed the Lord to be his 'control' knob, but occassionally - especially with the dog - he gets impatient and allows that anger to surface. minutes later he is apologizing.
I think the worst part of anger - especially if you are blowing up at a person, is that the tongue is vile. we say things and then regret it, but the person you aim your anger at has already heard the words. in the book of James it talks about how bad the tongue is. well put that in with a temper and look out!.
But thank God for His grace and forgiveness.
