Sponsors was a great suggestion. They have contacts with many companies that are ex-con friendly. Temp agencies are good if you don't have any type of conviction that included theft, burglary or robbery. Most won't even consider you but again, Sponsors knows which ones will or won't. Just tell him to be patient as the job market is hard for everyone these days. He also has to be flexible. My guy finally got a job but it's working a graveyard shift. We see each other less but he is really glad to have a job.
