A Must read for Illinois Forum Members

I LOVE THIS FORUM first and foremost. I don't have a bone to pick with any member here. I gotta keep it real though. PTO administration is watching us (that is within their right and we should feel good, whole and safe about that).

In the past there has been so much drama linked to this forum that we were actually shut down for a time. I don't know about you but to me this is shameful.

We should be here to reach out to others who are in our situation or have been at one time. I cannot tell you how big I smile each and everytime I refer someone to this forum because I am certain that one or maybe even many of you will have answers that I'm not privy to that can make a huge difference in the lives of another member.

What saddens me is that we seem to be a forum where we are focused on ourselves (not the majority but it is the minority that keep this forum on "administrative watch"). You know they say there is no "I" in "Teamwork" and that is the message I wish to send to alll of you tonight.

I will not choose sides. I will not let petty squabbles interfere with the good work this Illinois Forum team does and can continue to do for so many. Please let your conscience be your guide. None of us walks alone.

If you feel you must post in a way that causes strife in this forum be prepared to be banned from PTO altogether. Unity is the tolerance level to which all will be judged in this forum.
