No Letters....whats Wrong!!! - Kegans Texas State Jail

Im worried, I havent recieved a letter from my boyfriend since he was transferred from county. I found out he was sent to Kegans State Jail, and Ive wrote him twice and still no letter. It's not like him not to respond to my letters, so I guess im wondering is there a booking process that they have to go through before they are able to write and recieve mail. Its been 3 weeks now and im worried any information would help.

Well i don't know anything about kengan state jail but when my man was transferred I got a letter from him a little over a week after he was transferred so there was no processing period for him and he has been transferred twice. I know that when i went on the Internet the first time he was transferred, to get the address of the new jail, the government website had the wrong address listed and he said he never got those letters. I don't know what happened to them because they were never sent back to me . Did you try calling the jail where he is located to see if they have any information? I don't know about where he is at but right now Mail seems to be slow for some reason at some of the units....
