Being from Maryland, I had never heard of it. But, this is what I found.

Here again, this is what pi$$es me off so much, over 16,000 of Florida's inmate population is incarcerated for drug charges, yet only 800 beds are available for this program. And, how many tens of thousands are on lock due to crimes to support their habits. It costs at least 4 times as much to incarcerate someone than it does to send them to rehab. The penal system is broken, they think it's so much easier to lock them up than to try to educate, and give them the tools they need to fight their addictions. It seems so simple, and from a business standpoint, it would save millions of dollars. Argh.........

It looks like these are the only institutions which have Modality II programs inside.
There might be more, but these are the only ones that I found informaiton on.

I am not real familiar with FLA DOC, but I am sure that someone will come along shortly that might be able to assist you better. I did look through all the facilities and this was the only ones. There were some that offer modality I treatment.

Broward Correctional Institution/Region IV

Gainesville Correctional Institution/Region II

Jefferson Correctional Institution/Region I

Walton Correctional Institution/Region I

Reality House (Contract Treatment Center)
It's under
Stand Alone Work/Forrestry Camps & Treatment Centers.
I could not find a web page for this. it's probably at a confidential location.

Zephyrhills Correctional Institution/Region III
