Notice to new members intending to register - from January 9th 2012

Please be aware that, due to difficulties arising from issues with Yahoo and AOL, we have changed our registration requirements.

Users with email addresses from yahoo.com, yahoo.co.uk and aol.com will no longer be able to use them to create a new account.
We have had a long-standing problems with these mail services and have found that it is almost impossible to send out account activations to new users who have Yahoo or AOL providers.

Please use an alternative email address; hotmail, gmail etc.

Hey guys,

Just wanted to say thanks for all the support I received while on this site! Everyone has been great and very understanding!
I'm sure I'll still visit from time to time. I wanted to Thank everyone for writing my son when he really needed a friend. He really enjoyed the cards and letters and was suprised people he didn't even know would actually write him.
We go to pick him up tomorrow. He's been in 2+years and has 4 on paper. We are all very excited and nervous, doubtful anyone will sleep tonight. Wish you all well. Peace.
You will always be in my heart and prayers! Cheryl

Oh Cheryl ... this is such wonderful news ... as one Mama to another ... all my prayers are with you and your Son ... I pray the Lord watches over and protects him from all temptations ... this will be a difficult time for him and I pray for his strength ... I hope at some time in the near future he will join us here for the support of those who have been inside who know all to well what lies ahead for him ... please, keep us posted as to how he and you are doing ...
