Hey Everyone!
My fiancé just got moved from MCI Concord to MCI Shirley… He moved today and someone called me to tell me… It was so fast he was told he was going to be in Concord for 6-9 months no one saw this coming! I am excited and nervous! I got banned from Concord for open court cases and I haven’t been able to see him for about a month!!!... At least I get to see him at least once before they figure out I have open court casesJ!!!! I talk to him 3 times a day and today I didn’t get to hear his voice once… L oh the pain…lol.. yeah so now I can’t sleep…. Ok that all my bitching for now!!! J

My man is in MCI Shirley! Sometimes the phones there are off the hook, you hear other peoples conversations!!! WHen you get your visits back they are a little better than Concord.

Hi EJ's Angel, I hope you get to see your guy at least once as you plan. Keep in mind, however, that so many things are computerized, and they may already be aware of your open cases at Shirley. I'm not trying to rain on your parade, but I think it's better to be prepared for that possibility so you won't be completely shocked if they don't let you visit. Thanks guys I know it is possible that I can’t see him tomorrowL I am just PRAYING!! I set up rides… and my friend is going to wait and stay with me to see if I get in so that’s good if they don’t let me see him she will be there… I am such a dork I have called like 15 time to make sure I was bring everything I need and my cloths would work
I even went shopping!!...lol. I am setting my self up for a lot of tears!!!.... (but I am keeping my fingers crossed)!

Yeah no.... I didn't even make it to the waiting room. The man was like your BARRED! I cryed alot and we went to the bar!!.... but I will be ok I just wish he could call and make me fell all better.. hopefully his phone slip list thing will go through fast. I guess I knew in the back of my head. But then again it is never gonna stop hurting until he comes home!!!... thanks guys it feels good to have a shitty day then check on here and read the reply posts!!

Hi qtmia, I am so sorry. I didn't see your news 'til after midnight, but what a bummer. If you don't think you'll be resolving your open cases for a while, maybe it would help to write to the Superintendent, explain the situation, and "respectfully request" a temporary exception in your case. What's the worst that can happen? If he says "no," you haven't lost a thing. As far as the visit you were hoping for yesterday, as I said in an earlier post, I'm glad you brought a friend with you. I'm very sorry things didn't work out, but try to look at it this way -- you still have that to look forward to, and when you finally do get to see him, it's going to be all the more special. Stop into the "chit chat room" here on the Mass Forum and leave a post -- you know, just to keep in touch and to let us all know what you're up to. Okay? You take care now, SunnyChick

Sorry to hear you were denied.........that's a big disappointment but you kind of knew and took a risk. I know people who have done time or are on probation get approval from the super of that particular prison you have to write and ask...... Although i amnot so sure now about probation i think that is A no...... but if you have done time you can ask..... sorry
