Just cuz we are of the same sex, doesnt mean that we shouldnt have the same rights that strait couples do.

So many states are allowing Civil Unions for same sex couples now, and if our loved one is in prison, conjugal visits should be allowed.

I am not a gay basher,however,NOOOO ... hETROSEXUALS CAN'T EVEN HAVE INTIMATE TIME WITH THEIR LOVED ONE....I UNDERSTAND YOUR FEELINGS ,BUT,COME ON...THEY WON'T ALLOW THIS..MAYBE ONLY IN CALIFORNIA....

most states donot allow con' visits, so; it should be all states or none.

I have to agree.....we all are fighting for conjugal visits, and hetrosexuals can't get them, much less anyone else.~~~Brandi

I think the OP meant that is straight couples are receiving the conjugals then why not gay/ lesbians as well. They should be all treated equally. They arent saying that gay/lesbians should get them when no one else is getting them.

All states should receive conjugal visits... gay, lesbian, heterosexual.. it don't matter, the petition should be for us all not only 1 group of people!!!!

if you are in feds..they will never do this....they don't even allow married hetros to engage in this...totally sux...but,what are ya gonna do......
