Default Sex with my man in jail

Quick question again...
Is it true if i get married to my man in jail we can have or are suppose to be allowed to have congical visits in NJSP... never heard it until the other day... but i want to know is it true. i was told it is but NJSP don't allow it but if its true couldn't you/i/anyone get a lawyer to fight it...???? just curious...

there are only 6 states that allow these visit.

The states that have congical visits are:
California, Connecticut, Mississippi, New Mexico, New York and Washington.

NJ doesn't allow conjucal visits--regardless of how much time you are serving and I highly doubt that any lawyer in this state would take a case like that. What would be the basis? There are no rights violations involved.

nah...no conjugals allowed, and won't be anytime soon. plus it's a pain in the ass to get married in nj.

I'm very thankful i live in california and out here they let us have family visits. I just had my first one and it was great. I think all states should allow this. Going to prison really takes alot away and for 2 nights with my husband i felt normal.
