Notice to new members intending to register - from January 9th 2012

Question about pictures at visits

Hi, I went to see my husband and they took a picture of us but they said he couldn't have it because it was to close fromt he waist up. I has to be from the feet up did anyone ever hear of such a rule?

i didnt know that was a rule but i have noticed every prison pic ive ever seen you could see the people from head to toe.
