Unhappy Husband is co-dependant in my case - can he visit me?

Hello all, I have a question. I have been reading about people being denied visitation to an inmate. My husband and I were charged with the same crime. He is currently serving his time in county and when he gets out I will be going to prison. Is he not going to be able to visit because he has a felony record and will be on probation? His probation officer said that she would not have a problem with it. Please let me know if this is true. Oh I hope not. Any information would be helpful. Thanks for reading.
