Tattoos - put your boyfriend's name on it???

Good evening ladies!!! It's a historical moment) - I made my first and i believe last tattoo. My bf's birthday's gonna be on the 7th of April - so as long as he's still in the county jail and i cannot send him anything i decided to make a tattoo - so i've chosen the least noticeable spot - under my hairline - and put first letters of our names on thr back of my neck - M for Maria - J for Jermaine and a lil' drawing of a heart next to it. When i came home i was looking in the mirror and couldn't believe i DID THAT!!!

I'm so afraid of any kind of physical pain - i even faint when i have antybiotics shots not to mention TATTOO)))

What do you think about private tattoos - a name of a bf/husband/child on you? Do you have one? If you don't why? Your opinion is very important!!!

I remember being 19 and in love (so I thought) and got my ex's name on me twice...If I knew then what I know now, I NEVER would have done that and he was just my "man" not my husband at the time I did it. Needless to say they are covered up now. I have other tattoos, but I would NEVER EVER get anyone's name on me again...but that's just me

Sounds like you are very excited about your tattoo I think private places are fine...I'm sure your boyfriend will love it when he see's it.

Yeah))) I also feel weird about names written on me - that's why it's just one letter from his name and i put it on the neck - i have long hair so nobody can see it. That works for me)

I like them to a point I have my babies names on me but i think thats a lil different to getting a mans name. Me & my man decided amoungst ourselves we wouldn't do names but i still want our initials it can easily be covered if it ever went up s**t creek i think. We've picked out something which is still something each of ours. Hes having my lips inked on him & i've got his hand prints from his paperwork. So i thought something like our initials & his & mine finger prints or something with it plus i'm having eternal love tattooed down my spine in kanjii
