Desperately Need Help With A Website

My husband has been on Az death row for 19 years. It could have been proven long ago that he is innocent, but his appellate attorney denied us the help of two projects, a renowned expert and more as doing absolutely no work in the District Court. She refused to release the case and did extensively bill the courts, but lost every claim in a case that truly could not miss.

Current counsel who is pals with the shyster will not allow the projects to help or a review of former counsel's work to try to use her defrauding the court to our advantage either. Eldon will get his last decision from the 9th soon.

I am desperate to get up a website, but need it to look professional and dignified to send to attorneys and orgs. I want to use Native American theme, because Eldon is NA, but do not know how to lay backgrounds design my homepage, fix it to where you can travel back and forth among pages, etc. even in drag and drop sites.

I had asked for help last year - even blew money on a site for a year that I could not afford to loose, but ended up so ill from stress that I just quit on the idea. At this point it is do or die.

Is there anyone who can help me. I exist on $670 a month in SSI and cannot pay or it would have been done two years ago.
