Michael Santos is an inmate at FCI Fort Dix. He has a website that is run by his wife and some supporters of his. The site contains a lot of useful information about life at Fort Dix. The URL for that site is:

http://www.michaelsantos.net

I hope that is of some help to you.

Default FCI Fort Dix Camp

Hi. I am looking for the address of the FCI Fort Dix NJ CAMP. I have PO Box 38 for the facility. Is the camp on the same site and do I use the same PO Box? We've been sending letters to my Dad but have not heard back. None have been returned but I don't know if we're doing this right.

Also, I've read thru the Michael Santos link two times and wasn't sure how the camp differs.

Also, my Dad was in the medical unit there upon arrival. Is there any way to contact someone there to at least find out if his health has improved? He has a chronic blood condition.

I my husband is at Fort Dix but not the camp, but maybe you can try to call them at 609-723-1100 and dial 0 for the operator to ask

Thanks Jennifer,
That's the phone number I have. I will try it tomorrow. I keep telling myself that things are OK since we haven't heard otherwise.

Default Fort Dix Camp

Hi,
Can anyone share information specifically on Fort Dix Camp? I am pretty sure my Dad was transferred there today and I have not been able to find any information on what the Camp is like in terms of sleeping, meals, telephone privileges, etc?

Default Does anyone have info. on FCI Fort Dix Camp?

Hello everyone! Can anyone provide any information on FCI Fort Dix Camp? My husband is there serving 27 months and he just surrendered himself on 3/22. He was at the West Minimum Security Facility and they just transferred him to the camp 5 days ago. I went to go visit him today and they screwed up his paperwork. He registered me for visitations when he was at the "West" facility and then they never updated it when they transferred him to the camp. I drove for 2 hours and they turned me away. issed: Well what could I do? Anyways, I was hoping anyone could provide any information regarding the camp, so I know what to expect. I would greatly appreciate any feedback. Thanks.

You should post this in the "Federal" forum as FCU Fort Dix is a federal facility. Probably get a quicker response...

Are there any members out there with loved ones at FCI Fort Dix? I can't seem to find anyone with a loved one there.

Hi

My fiancee is in Fort Dix FCI-I visited at the beginning of November. You should do a search because I have posted several messages about it. You can PM if you have any questions or you can respond to this post.

Hello, my boyfriend is at fort dix right now on the east compound, i just went for my first visit this past saturday, it was scary going, but once i saw him walk thru the door, i swear i was on cloud nine! I might go back this weekend to see him also! I am trying to keep my spirits up, but it is soo hard especially at this time of the year! Best of luck, this site will give you lots of support and answers to your questions. Let me know if i can help you out at all!

My husband is in the Camp. I drive from PA, 3 hours, so I usually visit on the weekends. I go about 3 times a month. Every once and a while I stay at a hotel and visit Friday night and Saturday.

Ladies,

There are not many of us here at Prison Talk with loved ones at Fort Dix. I would very much like to keep in touch with you all. We need all the support we can get. I can think of nothing more supportive than others in the same boat. I've added all of you to my buddy list, so we can we can keep in touch. I hope you all will do the same with myself and the others.

Vella
