Thanks for your information, can someone explain a ins bond, and how one would be eligable for one?

Usually if it's an aggravated felony you don't qualify for one. My hubby was denied bond twice, he was in detentoin for 2 months when finally after our lawyer put in a motion to have his case dismissed at the county court house was he able to get a bond. The bond was for $5,000 and unlike county jail where all you have to really pay is 10% here for immigartion cases you do have to pay the full bond.
