Notice to new members intending to register - from January 9th 2012

Please be aware that, due to difficulties arising from issues with Yahoo and AOL, we have changed our registration requirements.

Users with email addresses from yahoo.com, yahoo.co.uk and aol.com will no longer be able to use them to create a new account.
We have had a long-standing problems with these mail services and have found that it is almost impossible to send out account activations to new users who have Yahoo or AOL providers.

Please use an alternative email address; hotmail, gmail etc.

PTO is proud to present the first issue of PTO Quarterly. This new venture is a newsletter in an online format. It has been produced in both Word and PDF formats that you can read while online, download to your computer, and even print to send a copy to your loved one.

There is strength in numbers. Few people outside of PTO seem to have the love and understanding that you'll find here.

I don't know about you, but friendship with death row inmates just drew me into this issue like nothing else...

Hi everyone hope everyone is good!! i sat and wrote a 4 page article today my very first one and sent it via email to the whitehouse i guess its a tiny step towards the beginig of my work. So as tiny as the step was it feels good to start what i feel is a cause worth fighting for full steam!! take care everyone xxx

There is a huge amount of love, compassion and understanding here Molly. The PTO CP forum is unique in that it offers support to DR inmates, their families, friends and supporters. All of us think about the victims also, but to be able to post about the people on DR in a friendly non judgemental place, makes PTO unique. Mammas is right, the mods here keep us all safe and abuse free.

I can see the dedication you all have and that pleases me. I also think of the families of the guys it breaks my heart to think of what these poor people have to go through. Hopfully with hard work and the dedication we all have we can see the end of this once and for all.
I am sooooo happy places like this exsist its nice that families and loved ones of D.R have somewhere to turn. xxxxx
