Colorado Parole Revocation Appeal

Looking for information or anyone who has dealt with a parole revocation appeal. I was found guilty at my parole hearing of 1) absconding (parole officer said I moved from my apartment to another residence - which I did not, but was not prepared at hearing with rent receipts, etc. They would not let me contact my landlord at the hearing and there were other witnesses who would have testified as to my residence) and 2) association (of which there was no proof). I wrote my appeal letter from DOC at the end of October (my hearing was 10/9), well within the 30 days to appeal. I read that they have 15 days to review and 10 days to respond. I never received an answer. I was released back to parole on the 15th of March. I've looked on line for attorney's that may deal with this issue but haven't had much luck. Thanks!
