Default Son suffered severe head trauma need info on compassionate release

My son, while in protective custody, suffered severe head trauma. We don't know if he will talk or walk ever again but we are trying to get him a compassionate release. He will be up for parole in June of 2011 but we do not believe he will even be walking around by then if he even can. Not sure of how to go about it here in California or who to talk to. Please Help

Is he in the hospital? Paralyzed? Comatose? Without more information it is hard to give specifics. I can give you the same advice as the other poster from California with loved one not getting seizure medication.

It is the office of the federal receivership that handles all California medical problems! As stated for the other family member, they will take action.

I have no answer for you regarding compassionate release. I can only offer some medical direction to facilitate proper medical care. Perhaps someone else will come along that knows more about compassionate release.

I am sorry to hear that this is happening to your family.
