Default MO's Tragically Flawed DP

"This is the bridge where it all happened at a very late hour in April, 1991 in St. Louis, Missouri. Two young white women plunged into the Mississippi River to their deaths. It was a horrible, senseless tragedy. Three African American youths paid for the crime – all sentenced to death. One has been executed, one had his sentence reduced to life imprisonment and the third, Reggie Clemons, is at risk of being executed."

Can someone explain how the white guy who initially confessed to the murders was not prosecuted and then allowed to testify against these young men. I also saw that they had no physically evidence.

I hope that the special master will be able to help in this dreadful case. It would be nice to finally see justice served. Why do prosecuters need to stack juries and hide evidence? That is a question that answers itself.
