Default here's to a "new" me.

Well I must be serious about this "new me". I was up at five this morning working out to a Jillan Michaels DVD! I love to sleep, so I must be motivated to shed the pounds this time. I already eat healthy (for the most part), drink tons of water, and walk 4 miles everyday. I really do not want to weigh my self, I just want to be happy when I look in the mirror...and for my boy's jaw to drop when he comes home in five months hehe!

Congrats...now please give me some of your enthusiasm because I can't seem to stay motivated. It's so much easier to lay down ALL day and snack! I have P90x and I like it but I can't stay consistent...UGH, somebody help me

the best way to get in shape is to have motivation and have the right attitude and you have both so good luck on your journey and im rooting for you !!!

Alright, its friday now and I have walked five miles everyday and done three days of Jillian Michaels 30 day shred! I am sore this week! I have been using the sparkpeople website, and while I am tracking my calories I have realized I have not been eating enough, which slows down the metabalism, so I am working on that. I also got some vitamin B suppliments, and a friend of mine suggested drinking green tea (which I think is so gross).

Shine0749, have you tried setting up rewards, make it something you really want and say if you do your p90x so many days you get it. That seems to help me, new shoes motivate me, and scrapbook supplies haha.

I want some of your motivation! I need to get my butt back to the gym or even walking everyday! I'd looove to have my man's jaw drop when he sees me every visit, lol. Good luck girl!! I know you can do it!

I walk everyday because I don't have a functioning car currently. So I guess that is a good thing. However, walking in the cold rain is not so fun! Thank you for the motivation and positive reinforcement!
