Im not sure how long he will serve because I dont know anything about his charge or his past so I couldnt even guess. The reconsideration, however, I do know a little about. My guy was sentenced in May so we're dealing with that now. The reconsideration is supposed to be filed within 120 days and then you will get a court date after its filed. When my guy was sentenced, there were like five other people sentenced that same day. Some of those people filed early and already have gone to court (theirs were denied). Another guy filed early but still hasnt gotten a date. My man's lawyer, if thats what you want to call him, filed his on the 120th day and his date was finally set for November 15 and has been changed to November 8. Its supposed to be as close to the four months as possible, from what I understand, but my man will be gone for six by the time his date rolls around because his lawyer didnt have time to come to court until then. His lawyer said that it would give him a better chance. He also told me that I need to find him a job and get the employer to write a letter to the judge saying they will give him a job. He said good character letters from friends, family, and upstanding citizens in the community would also help. Ive done all this so hopefully it helps! I would really love to have my heart back.

Good luck!
