Notice to new members intending to register - from January 9th 2012

Please be aware that, due to difficulties arising from issues with Yahoo and AOL, we have changed our registration requirements.

Unhappy 2nd Parole Violation Question ! HELP !
My boyfriend went to jail August 2003 for Attempted Murder serve 6 years and was release August 2009. He got a parole violation October 2009 for missing curfew and served 12 months. He then was release October 2010 and again got a parole violation for missing curfew. He's now in the tombs awaiting his court date. He didnt have an address so he was supposed to be at a shelter . His parole officer came to check at the shelter and he wasn't there. What do you think he'll get ? Would they take into consideration he was only home for 31 days ? Im so stressed . Please help !

in my opinion, they will take into account this is his second violation--do not think they will take into account he was only home for 31 days.
