Can't get approved for visitation, I was recently on probation

I just had a newborn without my fiance and even though i have to wait my initial weeks to go back out i can't get approved for visitation because i haven't been off probation for a year. How crazy is that? It's already bad enough i had the baby alone, can i atleast let the man see his child?

congrats on your new baby! sorry your boo wasn't able to be there for the birth. the doc has strict rules against allowing visits from people who are currently or have been on probation or parole. hopefully, your year will be up sooner than later and you can reapply. try not to stress too much. your little one needs you. take care. feel free to pm (private message) me if you need to talk.
