My girlfriend is butch and very attractive. Shes head over heels in love with me and even draws a wedding band on her finger everyday because they wouldnt let her keep her ring. She has all these gay for the stay hoochies fighting over her and shes not doing anything to give the impression shes interested and looking, quite the opposite. Now shes caught the attention of the other butches as major compitition and has been targeted as a threat. My girlfriend wants no part of any of this but it just happens cause the way she looks. I hate prison politics!

As long as your girl is doing her part and avoiding the drama it shouldn't be a big deal in there. If she keeps turning down offers and things- the others will see she is not a threat at all.
