Arrow Hello all!

Hello all! My name is Katy. My husband Bobby, is in a regional jail in VA right now. To make a very long story short. He was sentenced in 1994 in VA for forgery/uttering, numerous accounts. He was paroled/probation after that. He was given indefinite probation till they deemed him fit to be released from it. In 2004ish I belive his probation/parole was revoked for not reporting his change in employment. ( I didn't know him till 2008, so I am doing my best at telling this all right) He served time again then, and was released in April 2008. They were suppose to run his time concurrently for probation and parole. They weren't and he wrote them many times to bring him back to court to fix it. In July 2008 we meet, feel in love and were married that fall. In November they brought him back to court and sentenced him to two more years, because they didn't run it concurently. Gave him a date to report in 2009 to serve it. We moved instead.. yeah kinda of a bad choice, but I don't regret it. We learned and came to know the Lord during this time. Last fall we knew they knew where we were, and they came and picked him up. In TN they allowed him to bond out.. well we thought, then they realized they missed up and weren't going to let him go ( after I paid the $2000 to the bondsman). The sheriff on duty came to explain it to me, and saw my daughter and I crying, and changed his mind. Called the judge and they let him go out on the bond. My husband was praying at this time, so that he could spend some time with us before going, and tell us goodbye, and more. God answered that prayer. We then got a lawyer in TN and were fighting extradition, and we had pushed it off till May of this year. Unfortnely the da didn't like that idea, and got a governors warrant. While I was in class for my cna program, they came and picked him up. SO we didn't get to tell him goodbye after all. This was about 3 weeks ago. My family hired him a great laywer. The da has retracted his probation and is attempting to hand him the rest of his sentence 13 years. His laywer is working out a plea for 6 years and because he is under old law it would be 3 years. And he would be done with this crap finally forever .. that is the silver lining to all of this and he wants to get his HVAC while he is in too.

We don't have any children together, but my kids call him Daddy. We have had a lot of bad days. He hates being where he is, it is very bad there. He also donated a kidney last year, and his only kidney wasn't acting right, the day they picked him up I was suppose to take him to get a 24 hours kidney test. He iwas on an antidepressant, but they wouldnt refill it, so now he is coming off that. ( I am open to knowing all about how to get into a prison with good medical care... so any advice is appreciated)

It's been so hard on me, he was my rock, and I was spoiled rotten by him. I hardly ever cooked, cleaned, he did my hair, my nails, my eyebrows. He would rub my head every night till I feel asleep. I was a single mom when I meet him, and he swooped in and fixed us, to say the least. My youngest child has autism, and he is having a hard time with all of this. My daughter was just as spoiled by Daddy and is heartbroken.

I was in the middle of getting my cna when they picked him up, and because my teacher wanted me to finish she has worked with me to be there when I could because of my kids school schedule. I graduate tomorrow. NOw to find a job to take care of us all. A prison minstery here has come in, along side my family and has helped us a lot. I don't know what we would have done otherwise.

I am in TN and he is 2 hours away.
