What can they get in mail?

Hi there my BF is in concord NH.. What are they allowed to get in the mail? I know that they can get pictures and what kind. Can I send cards? What are the rules. I wanted to make a picture colleage but I would need to use glue. Is that allowed?? What about receiving art I did in pastel?
Im so confused about what is allowed and what is not!

The prison won't accept anything homemade like that. They'll pull apart anything that's glued, the same way they'll pull back and look behind postage stamps... No Contaband. Family/friends photos are OK. Nothing nude. They do allow (send & receive) up to 10 page letters though I have gotten away w/a page or two more. Depends on who's working the mail-room, but I recommend you stick to the guidelines. Food, clothing, writing material must all be purchased through the canteen and/or Union Supply Direct (www.NHinmatepackage.com). This link is also found at the top of the page: Sticky: Union Supply Direct Catalog/Website. Your BF will receive a weekly canteen list to order from (TV's are now on that list).
