there will be a epa around the end of august that will go to november but with his te date where it is he probably won't be eligible for it. You'll just have to wait and see when the board of corrections votes it in and check with the ipo at the unit he's at to see but they won't know until next month when they actually vote on it and sends it to them.

There are 2 epas. There is a 90 day and a one year. Both are voted and approved on by the Board of corrections. The 90 day epa starts on a certain day and goes to a certain day. If the inmates T.E or P.E. date is when it starts, in between the dates or the day it ends then they will be on the list. If they are already approved for parole with no stiplations then their IPO at their unit will be get them released. The year is similar but it goes out a year instead of 90 days. But the year epa is only for non violent crimes.

you actually can't find the dates out because they aren't voted on yet. No one actually knows until the board of corrections votes them in and when they do they send them to the parole officers at the prisons.
