My fiancee is currently awaiting the doc to transfer him from lcdc to prison he got sentenced to 3-10 yrs with credit for 216 days..I was told he would have to do 2/3 of his bottom number to be eligible for parole which is 19 months but then I was told he would get good time of 15 days for every 30 so with that if he is good that is only 10months..does anyone know if this is correct? also we want to get an interstate transfer as he has no family there n we all live in kansas but I was told that if we did that then he wouldnt get wyoming good time credit he would get kansas?? is that true??? Please help

Could you tell me how he is transferring to Wyoming. Is he federal? Don't know a lot about this, but literally 3 days before we were supposed to move, my husband was arrested. We have family and have bought land and a residence there. Is there a possibility that he could get transferred there? sorry if this seems a ridiculous question.
