HI ,my bf is in Jackson county right now. been there about 2 mnths and it seems like this whole process is slow going. Im trying to help,find info for him. But Im loosing my sanity along the way. I havent been down this road before and its SCARY. I thought the drugs were bad enough,but never this. I cry alot but have come to realize that its in gods hand and what can haooen will. and all I can do iis love and support him. Does this ever get easier?

I remember my days feeling the same way..but it does level out. Some days are better some not so much. But it will smooth. Keep busy..take time for yourself. Once he is placed, and you can visit..it will be better. Check in often to PTO> we are here for you.

Thank you all. I have been to court,now its on the Prelim and stuff. Its rough and hard. Been listening to people tell me to just leave him or just be his friend. Make sure I get on with my life,I was told today. lol I havent stopped living or loving him. Just stopped holding him. Am I wrong for doing this? for holding out somechance?

Not get on with your life but don't stop it. Don't stop it or put off doing something cuz you might miss a call. Don't give up doing something really fun that is a once in awhile opportunity to visit him. He will be there the next visiting day and the better you take care of yourself the better you will feel about everything else.
