Default Living together I'm on probation he will be on parole

Ok so here's a question, my husband will be out in March 2012. We are co-defendants in our case where I was sentenced to a year county which I served he got 4 years 4 months and he is doing half/time. I am wondering of we will be able to live together when he comes home? We were married almost 2 years before we were even charged. Any advice would be great thanks!

Ask your probation officer. It is really up to them. Since he is doing half time he probably won't be on parole but community supervision under ab 109.

Like trustingGOD said, it is really up to his parole officer.
