Default I cant find my husband! .....please HELP ME /Update - found him!

My husband left for LARC back on Dec 16th. He was through processing & waiting for a yard. Last night about 8 pm I got a text from vinelink saying he was released on probation (which is VERY UNLIKELY he is in on revoke of suspended sentence & 7 yrs on forgery charge). He also has warrant for failure to appear waiting on him in another county & a warrant for failure to pay or appear in yet another county. So, I really don't think he was actually released to probation, but even doc website is now saying he's in custody of probation department. Has anyone ever experienced this or half any idea what might be going on? As you can see, I'm not able to sleep & I can't call anyone at Lexington until 9, I'll be crazy by then!

UPDATE......I found him! I called probation & she was able to tell me that he was still @ Lexington. I called there & was told that they are moving him to their trustee unit 7. She thinks that it was showing probation because his paperwork is in between. Does anyone know how visits are there?

My husband wasn't at Unit 7 but he was at the medium at Lex for about a year and a half. I hear they are pretty relaxed there. My hubby wanted to stay there but they moved him to JBCC. Hope you have a great visit when you get to visit there...

I'm so glad you found your husband gizmo! That had to be so unnerving for you. But Lex Unit 7 is a really low profile yard. Lexinton C. C. is right there by LARC so he'll actually just be moving down the hill as they refer to the two facilities. Anything Lexington CC processes through LARC so although they are separated it's all operated together.

My son has been there since August and says compared to all of the other yards he's been to it's a piece of cake there and he's hopes he can just ride out the rest of his sentence right there. So that is a good move for your hubby.

I noticed on your profile that you are in Texas too- I live in the N. Fort Worth/Keller area myself and I haven't had the chance to go up for a visit with my son since he was moved to Lex, so I can't say yet as for how visits are there, but I'm thinking they should be pretty laid back. Hopefully we will both find out soon but right now I can't drive that distance as I just had foot surgery for achilles tendonitis and still am on crutches and have to wear an air boot. Bummer! So it may be a while before I get to go visit.

But I really do hope you get to go visit your love real soon and then you can PM me and fill me in on me in on what to expect when I do get to go up there!

Thanx for the info! I am so excited to finally be able to go see him, but at the same time, I'm nervous as heck!....LOL

Whitewolf....I was in the Wichita Falls area for about 12 yrs. Then last June, I moved back to my home town in the tx panhandle & married my high school sweetheart. It took us 20+ yrs to find our way back to each other & now we are gonna be separated for few more yrs....I will pm you after visitation & give you the heads up on the place. Maybe 1 day we'll be able to meet up at visitation.

Hey gizmo. That's cool about marrying your high school sweetheart. There's a few other members here with similar stories. I feel so for all of you that after all that time then finding one another again you can't just be together because of having to deal with a situation like this. Life is strange with some of the stuff it throws our way sometimes. I'm so happy that you found each other again though. That's so sweet and really romantic too!

I have an elderly aunt that married her high school sweetheart some 50 years later. They had both married someone else and their spouses had both died. They're so cute to watch them carry on like they were still those high school. kids and are so in love. What a blessing to see them so happy together!

Anyway, please do let me know how the visits are at Lexington. So if your driving from the TX Panhandle, that's about as far as I have to drive from Fort Worth. But for me it's just a straight shot up I-35 from me though which is an easy drive but I just hate driving it alone so I was kinda hoping you were in this area of TX too so we could maybe go together some. But hopefully by spring my bum foot will be healed completely so I can make the drive and we can meet up at a visit.

Enjoy your time visit and be safe driving!!

Whitewolf, i forgot to tell u the, Saturday I was telling visit officer about the text messages vinelink sent me, she said they had a lady call in hysterics. Vinelink sent her a msg saying her rapist who threatened kill her had been discharged. He was only discharged because he killed himself. They need to do something about how their system generates the messages!
