Please if anyone can give me some kind of info... My boyfriend just got moved to USP VICTORVILLE. He called me last night but he said he needed money on his books to be able to call. I put money trough western union and he said it wouldn't take long for him to be able to call me. I'm really worried. I've need reading kinda scary stories about that place. I try searching on line but I don't find anything. All o found is links to this website. If somebody can five me some info I would really appreciate it. It's not like him to take a long time to call me. He knows I worry and get anxious really bad.... Do they not get to use the phone like daily.... Please any kind of info I would trully appreciate it.

How long ago did he arrive there? He has to get your phone number approved before he can call, even if there is money on his books.

He called me last night at like 9... He just got there yesterday. Do you have any idea how long it takes to get number approved? It can't be that long if he was able to call me that same say, right?

Well, if he called you, then it looks like the number was approved. Glad you heard from him.

They do get to use the phones daily. If he just got there it could take a couple days from what I've heard for your number to get approved but it seems that if he called you already it must be approved. But they do have daily access to phone and email under regular circumstances.

My BD is on his way to Victorville as we are from New York how long will it take before he can request a transfer closer to home? So once he arrives he even if my number was on his other lists at the other facilities they have to go through that process again.

It is typically 18 months before they can request a transfer. And, it is my understanding that everything needs to be re-approved when they move.

Has anyone heard their LO's in USP Victorville uhh in the past couple of days? I haven't heard from my friend since Thursday but then again not sure if he's gone to the hole or is out of minutes. Or he's mad about something I have said!! Just curious. I can't send no money right now it's really tight for me. So, just trying to find out somethings or info.

My situation is the same as above- My husband is in USP Victorville and I haven't heard from him from the 20th so I'm figuring its on lockdown as its not normal for me to have not heard from him all this time- Like you I was wondering if its me but its obviously not if your having the same problem- i'll try and find out what the status of the prison is and then I'll be sure to post something.

Same here guys, i haven't heard from my man either for the past few days! I thought he might have went to the hole or something, but since three of us so far are wondering the same thing, than i guess its more likely that the place is on lockdown!! I hope it doesn't stay that way for long though.

I know I hate when this happens its the unknowing and espicially the days like today when its my day off work and my mind is only being occupied with if he's ok its a nightmare- I have already been feeling sorry for myself and eaten a whole box of chocolates and here in England its only 13:30 in the afternoon- damn I can already see what this weeks going to be like already for us dollys

I don't even want to begin to contemplate how long this will last! its 15.30 here and Im thinking of taking a nap because I don't want to be thinking of all this, its insane. And ya babe your right, this week looks gloomy don't feel sorry we're all in this together, thank god for this forum!!

Well i've been calling Victorville since my last post and NO-ONE is answering the phone so now i'm getting overly worried- has anyone of you Dollys tried calling them? Well i'm out of ideas- not to sure what else we need to being except waiting this one out- Damn I hope they are all ok.

Tried calling as well, no response either!! I don't know other than staying cool for now...I tried to find any news online, no results - no surprise here Hopefully its not that bad and they're all alright.

It's NOT Corrlinks, as my friend has her email working all this time?- Her brother is not in Victorville so I still don't know the status of the prison and them not answering the phones is really freaking me out now.

I have my email on Corrlinks working the whole time as well. Refreshing it every once in a while, to find anything but nothing still! I don't know Tilly but i guess we have to wait and see, whats up. This IS very worrying, Iv even tried to check a site that lists lockdowns in federal prisons and the latest lockdown they'v written is in FCC- COLEMAN- USP 2. they haven't updated it I suppose..

Ok now I know something has gone down since there are too many of us having the same issues! He has at times not gotten on corrlinks when he's upset about something but since so many of you are on here thinking the same thing, then I know something is up. The last time I heard from him was Thurs night the 19th but he had been telling me that things have been going on and off. I also know back in Nov he was in the hole for a minute due to somethings but he was let out after a week. I live in Mo Val about hr from the prison, I have been waiting for the visiting forms he was to have sent out over 3 wks ago but they have not come yet, he was suppose to find out why but this was on Thurs......well, if I get a moment while here at work, I will try to call also. Lets stay in touch so that if anyone finds out we can let each other know..........Question when you call there, who do you ask about if there is a lockdown? I am more familiar with CDCR here in Cali so I would know who to call but at the Fed level not sure?

This is ridiculous...its been 4 days and I can't even find one article or piece of info saying anything about this! @sparky I'm sorry to know you still havent gotten those visitation forms and as for your question no idea, since iv only called them up once before to check on something for him. But with this lockdown, iv heard that there would usually be a recorded message saying there is a lockdown, but me and Tilly tried calling and no one was even picking up the phones USP Victorville hasn't had such intense drama in a long time as far as I have researched, it used to be much worse a couple of years ago..so hopefully whatever it was, was minor and they locked them down for safety reasons...your right we have to keep each other updated, we need to stay optimistic babes, were each other's shoulder to lean on in times like these!!

I know he's been there awhile and he has mentioned somethings. He has always told me that if I didn't hear at all from him then most likely he's either locked down or in the hole. I tried to call right now also but to no avail. Hmmmm that's pretty curious u know? I will try to see if there is anything in the papers out there but I doubt it, I am beginning to see that FBOP does not like to have their business out and about!! Not even the news has said anything.

I just asked one of my staff to try and call as I am in & out of meetings, she said it rang and gave u options but once you pushed the option , it just rings????? Hmmm....anyways I asked her to keep trying if she would. Yup, guess we just have to wait!!

Hey I just got an email!! He told me that the winds blew up the phone lines and everything was messed up!! He said the lines to call are bad as everyone is trying to call. He did try to call me but I had left my phone in my office and stepped out so I missed it But he said he is fine!!! Hope everyone hears from their LO's!!
