How do you know if they're on lockdown?

How do I find out if a unit is or has been on lockdown? My husband is at the Sanchez State Jail in El Paso, and he religiously calls me at least 2x a week. I haven't heard from him since Monday, and the mail has been scarce, too. It's not like him to keep me in the dark, and I'm starting to get worried..

I usually will call the facility and they tell me or I look on here in the Texas Forum under Sanchez and someone usually will post it there if they know anything about it. You can post the question there and someone might be able to answer it for you.
