I live in Hbg too houtzdale is close to Altoona almost 2 hours away and there arent any buses that run that route. My bf is there so i visit every month. The mail takes about a week to get to them and a week for you to get one back.

Yes it will did u post anything about car pooling to ur fiancé jail that's what I did n I met a girl that picks me up all the time we go half on gas n even stay for two day visits some time it really worked out ...
