Yes, if I can remember correctly they are included so just say if he went in March 15th then you can visit on the next visit that they have on or after may 15th. Just an example of how it worked for me.

You are so welcome. When my guy was there he sent the packet home and we had to fill it out and send it back to his caseworker within a certain amount of time. When you talk to him again ask him to see his caseworker because she will be the one to give him forms, once you fill that out it will travel with him to where ever he goes next.

Also, make sure he adds everyone on his list that he wants to visit him bc they make you wait a certain amount of time before they can add more vistors, like my guy can add new visitors each year. Good Luck!.

My Mr's counselor wouldn't even give him the Visitation Application until his 60 days were up. By the time he got it and mailed it to me, he was transferred . I believe inmates can update their visit list twice a year.....the "when" exactly depends on the first letter of their last name.

Ok thanks:-) I've been kinda broke lately..haven't got to put money on my phone in a week but as soon as I talk to him again I'm gonna ask him to get with his caseworker..I've talked to her once and she seems pretty nice. If I can't add money by Wednesday I might call and ask her myself..she gave me her extension and said call anytime LOL I told her I would prob drive her crazy!

inmates can add to thier visitng list at state institutions 2x per year it is based on the last number of their inmate id .....most institutions will let you call the caseworker or the visiting coorrdinator to give your information due to social security number issues the inmate can not submit that information himself.

he will be given an opportunity at his first institution after RCC to submit a visiting list

hope that helps
