How do I address the envelope when mailing a support letter?

When I send my support letter how do I address the envelope.....do I have to put his tdc number on the envelope? Just wandering how they will know to put it in his file?

When you do the letter, you will have an RE: line that should make reference to the name and number.

Yes, I sent my support packet certified so they know I mean business. If you can, it's worth it to spend the additional $2 or so to send everything certified. Not sure if it makes a big difference, but anytime a signature is required I've noticed things are handled with extra care. Just a thought...

You will address it to the parole board, you will not be putting his name on the envelope, as it is not being sent to him. I had a cover page with my son's picture and his TDC # above the picture, also as CenTexLyn says you will be referencing him at the beginning of your letter. Hope this helps
